External Scientific Committee

It is a consultative body of the INSTITUTE.

To issue opinions at the request of the Governing Council or the Delegated Commission.
To assess and study the possible association of new entities to the Institute. In the event that the External Scientific Committee considers the association of a new entity to be positive, the request for association shall be forwarded to the Governing Council for possible approval.
In general, to advise the Institute on research matters.
