We are a group of professionals with extensive experience in biomedical research (biologists, biochemists, bioinformaticians, physicians, etc.) who believe in translational medicine and in the importance of knowledge of the microbiome in health care.
We specialise in metagenomic services, with extensive experience in the use of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies and advanced bioinformatics tools that allow us to study the composition of the microbiota. In addition, we also study the by-products of bacterial metabolism.

1. 16S rRNA Sequencing
Extraction and quantification of bacterial DNA from various niches, library preparation, and sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene using high-throughput sequencing platforms.
2. Bioinformatic Analysis
Analysis and integration of bacterial 16S rRNA sequence data using powerful bioinformatics tools.
3. Quantification of Bacterial Metabolites
Identification and quantification of key products derived from bacterial metabolism (TMAO, SCFAs, p-cresol, indoxyl sulfate, etc.).
